JC Penny navy blue, white and red plaid pattern with navy blue side piping trim shorts shell: 80% polyester/20% cotton, inside brief ling is 100%nylon, hip pockets, elastic waistband in men size medium 32 - 34, all "approximate" measures waist: 26" around hips: 36" around rise: 11&3/4" inseam: 2" long Vintage garments are decades old & may have accumulated dust or dirt, a fiber, a hair after all these years. This could be expected as even if the vintage garment was not worn, it has still been in storage for sometimes 50 years. Leather or fabric may be scratched off in color, a mark, hardware can be dull or old looking as anyone who buys an old garment should expect to find.
